Anita Barone

Barone appears as a character in The Shoes (Seinfeld 4th season) in the role of Gail Cunningham. A chef who is looking for Elaine Benes's shoes. The early 1990s saw her was a regular on the cast in the show Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett. Barone was also the ex-wife of Carol Willick Ross Geller in the character's first appearance on Friends. She left the show as she wanted to pursue a more full-time role she was taken over with Jane Sibbett. Barone was a part of The Jeff Foxworthy Show for the initial season (1995-1996) and in The War at Home between 2005 through the year 2007. Then, in 2000 Barone played a part in the sitcom Daddio. Barone is also credited from television, including Desperate Houswives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone received the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in the year 2004 for her work in the movie One Last Ride. Three years later, after The War at Home ended the film's run, Barone was cast in a regular role in the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones as the ex-husband of Barone's character, in two episodes.
