Alyssa Norman

The Brockport two-sport player was a part of both lacrosse and the women's soccer team. Norman played in the defensive part during soccer games at Brockport. As a defender, she was an exceptional blocker of the ball, and was an intelligent decision-maker with regards to discerning the opposing team's offensive schemes. She brought a wealth of the intangibles she brought for The Lady Lakers. The ability to protect the ball at a high level and her tenacious determination to succeed gives her a thumb up heading into her first season with Finger Lakes. It is anticipated that her skills will shine in the coming season as she's equipped with all the attributes that are required to succeed in the field at a higher level. Norman studies liberal arts and sciences.

She was a college basketball player with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, before being drafted by the Wings as the 5th overall selection of the 2019 WNBA draft.
